TXL Automatic Banding Machine
The Bandall TXL distinguishes itself from other fully automatic banding machines by using transport belts in the input line that grip the product on the top and bottom. This ‘sandwich’ grip allows the machine to transport your product faster and place it in the banding arch accurately.
Extra possibilities
The Bandall TXL can be equipped with various types of printers that can print variable information such as the best by date, QR codes or bar codes. The machine is also easy to adjust to products of a slightly different size. The infeed of the product can be done by an existing supply line, or via an optional electrically driven roller belt.
Very fast and accurate banding
The double transport strap system makes the Bandall TXL suitable for the very fast and accurate transportation and banding of containers, boxes, and trays. In the food industry, the machines are often used for biscuits, frozen products, salads, and ready-made meals. Or think of the Tamper Evident Sealing of food and non-food packaging. Products suitable for the Bandall TXL have a flat top and bottom that allows them to be carried by the two conveyor belts.
V-TXL
With up to 40 bands per minute, the Bandall V-TXL allows for even higher speeds and more precision when needed. The interchangeable banding arch means easier maintenance and the switching of band widths!
