TRC Automatic Banding Machine
The TRC series allows fully automated bundling and banding in a ‘corner’ set-up. Thanks to the corner, the supplied product is rotated 90 degrees to get in the correct position for the banding arch.
Maximum performances
The Bandall TRC can easily be expanded with printers that print during the banding process. The TRC also has multi-banding capabilities, if necessary. An optional length measurement of products makes it possible to band a mix of products with different dimensions.
From corner to arch
The Bandall TRC is a perfect solution when your products have to make a quarter turn to achieve the correct orientation towards the banding arch. A Servo-driven pusher takes the products from the corner and pushes them towards the arch. Using stoppers and sensor technology, the products are guided accurately through the banding arch for perfect banding. This can be a big advantage for labels or stacks of printed matter, which are laid out neat and tight in the corner.
