What industrial banding handles
Industrial banding covers plastic profiles, timber, foam blocks, rolled mats and mixed cases for despatch. Tension is adjustable across the full range, so the same machine bundles a stack of light foam mouldings and a bundle of timber battens without changing anything but a setting.
For warehouse and despatch work the band doubles as the paperwork. Route codes, order numbers and barcodes are printed onto it during banding, so the bundle arrives labelled without a separate print-and-apply step.
