Food Industry Banding Machines

Food industry banding takes over three jobs at once: the label that carries the barcode and the date, the shrink film that holds a multipack together, and the cardboard sleeve that carries the branding. One printed band does all three, and it uses a fraction of the material.

For chilled and fresh lines this matters twice over. There is no heat tunnel beside the product, so the cold chain is not interrupted, and the band goes around the sealed pack rather than touching the food itself. Meat trays, bakery boxes, dairy multipacks, seafood portions and ready meals all run on the same machine with only a roll change between them.
