Carton Banding for Folding Boxes

Guaranteed damage-free bundling

Printed plano boxes, luxury perfume packaging or plano cardboard packaging with specific finishing technologies, such as matte laminate or spot UV lacquer? Bandall banding machines bundle extremely accurate, quickly, environmentally friendly and always without damage to the surface treatments and edges. The bundling machines are available with various arch sizes.

Bundle very large packages

Bandall’s unique vacuum band transport system allows large arch sizes for large sized plano cardboard stacks. The large arch sizes do not negatively affect quality and performance of the machines. Bandall guarantees a perfect and tight bundle. Where necessary, optional presses will contribute to a perfect bundle.

What carton banding replaces

Carton banding holds a stack of flat cartons together for despatch without a strap cutting into the top and bottom sheets. On coated or printed board, that damage is visible and the outer cartons become unsellable.

The band also carries the count, the size and the article code, printed on during banding. A converter shipping mixed sizes to a filler can identify every bundle on the pallet without opening it or applying a separate label.

Print finishing lines and label stacks bundle the same way.
