Where banding laundry beats strapping
Banding laundry means holding a folded stack with a wide, soft band instead of a narrow plastic strap. In an industrial laundry the stack is the unit of delivery, and it has to arrive folded exactly as it left.
A strap is the wrong tool here. It cuts into fabric and leaves a crease line that survives the delivery and shows on the linen when it is put out. A band spreads the same holding force across a much wider surface, so towels, sheets, uniforms and table linen come out of the bundle the way they went in.
The band is also the delivery note. Customer name, route number, item count, size and a barcode print onto it during banding, so a bundle is identified without opening it and without a separate label applied to the fabric.
For hotels, hospitals and uniform contracts where the same driver drops at twenty sites, that identification is what keeps the round moving.

A Bandall machine with an additional printer offers the possibility to print your brand identity or message directly on the band while banding. This can be done over the entire length and width of the band, offering the opportunity to give your products a personal touch.
