Most equipment websites answer this question with a contact form. We would rather answer it.
A Bandall banding machine starts from EUR 12,500.
That is the entry stand alone machine, and it is a real starting figure, not a teaser. What follows is what moves it up, what is already included, what we do not sell, and how to get a machine onto your floor without buying one at all.
Our prices are in euro, in the UAE and across the region. The machines are built in the Netherlands and that is the currency they are sold in.
If you need a dirham figure for a budget, ask and we will give you the equivalent on the day. We do not publish one, because it would be stale within a month and you would be comparing the wrong number.

Before any option, the model sets the band.
A stand alone machine is operator fed. It sits beside the packing table, runs on ordinary single phase mains and an air compressor, and needs no installation project. This is where EUR 12,500 lives.
A fully automatic machine sits inline on a conveyor and runs without anyone feeding it. A multi-head configuration puts several heads on one line for the highest throughput. Both are larger machines and priced accordingly.
Most first purchases in this region are stand alone, and a good number of them stay stand alone for years because the operator, not the machine, turns out to be the limit on that line.

Beyond the model, three things change the figure most.
A full stainless steel body or steel cover. This is the specification you take when the machine lives in a wash-down environment or a food plant that demands it. If your line does not require it, do not buy it.
The Branding by Banding configuration. This is the one that places your print in exactly the same position on every single pack. It costs more because it is not one option, it is two: an external rail holder, and a sensor that reads the photocell, black mark or I-mark on the printed roll.
Worth knowing before you choose it: those sensors are also why a roll change on that machine takes about five minutes instead of two, because both have to pick up the mark correctly. If your brand needs the logo in the same place on every pack, it is worth the money and the three minutes. If it does not, skip it — this is the option people buy by default and then do not use.
An integrated printer. For printing variable data at the moment of banding: weight, batch, dates, barcodes. The alternative is a pre-printed roll, which costs nothing extra on the machine but carries a 100-roll minimum order and about three weeks’ lead time. Which one is cheaper depends entirely on how often your printed data changes.

Three things that other suppliers charge for, or quietly leave out.
Installation and commissioning anywhere in the UAE, free. Not a line item. We come, we set it up on your floor, we set the tension on your actual product, and we stay until your operators can run it.
One to two rolls of plain clear band, free, with the machine. Enough to start producing on day one rather than waiting on a first consumable order.
One year of warranty on the machine, and up to 15 years of support from our own team. Commonly used spare parts are held here in Dubai.
No second-hand machines. No refurbished machines.
If your budget is built around finding a used unit, we are not the right supplier and it is better you know that now than after three emails. Everything we sell is new.
If the problem is budget, or a season, or a contract you are not sure will renew, you do not have to buy.
We rent machines for one to three months.
Two conditions, both practical rather than commercial: there has to be a machine in stock, and it has to not already be out with somebody else. Ask and we will tell you straight away whether the month you need is open.
This is the honest route for a few situations we see regularly. A co-packer who has won a contract and does not yet know if it renews. A seasonal run — a promotion, a Ramadan line, a one-off export order. Or a production manager who has seen the demo, believes it works, and still wants the machine on the floor for a full month before putting a capital request in front of a board.
We hold machines in our own warehouse in Jebel Ali. Not “available to order” — physically here, in the country, now.
What is worth checking when you order is whether the exact configuration you want is among them, because that part moves. But when it is, delivery is a local matter rather than a shipment from Europe, and that is usually the single biggest difference between buying here and importing direct.
The machine is a one-off. The band is forever, and it is the number that decides what banding actually costs you per pack.
You can work it out before you buy anything. Measure the distance around your pack, add two centimetres for the overlap, and divide the roll length by that figure. That gives you packs per roll, and from there cost per pack.
Two honest notes. Band material is a packaging consumable like any other, so its price follows the market. And a printed roll costs more than a plain one, with that 100-roll minimum — which is why plenty of lines run plain rolls with inline printing instead.
This is the part worth taking us up on.
We will bring a machine to your factory and run it on your own product, on your own line, in the UAE. You coordinate the transport of the machine from our showroom to your plant and back; everything else is on us.
An on-site demo answers the questions a quotation cannot: whether your pack forms a block the band can hold, what tension your tray or pouch can take, how fast your operator actually goes, and how many packs one roll gives you on your product rather than on paper.
If transport is not practical, send us the pack instead. We band it in Dubai Investments Park and send back the banded samples with photographs and video inside two working days.
To quote properly we need four things: what the product is and its dimensions, how many packs an hour the line runs, whether anything printed has to change between batches, and whether there is an operator free to feed the machine.
With those, the specification writes itself and so does the price.
Ask for a quotation, a rental, or a demo — contact us, or look at stand alone banding machines, fully automatic banding machines and banding material.

Yes, for one to three months, provided a machine is in stock and not already out on rent. It suits a seasonal run, a contract that may not renew, or a trial period before a capital request.
